Combining the creaminess of ripe avocado, the protein-rich goodness of tuna, and the zesty freshness of lemon juice, this dish is perfectly balanced and packed with nutrients. The finely chopped red onion adds a subtle crunch and sharpness, while olive oil ties everything together. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, this versatile salad can be enjoyed on its own, as a sandwich filling, or as a topping for crackers or greens. Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 can of tuna in water or olive oil, drained

1/4 red onion, finely chopped Juice of

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil Salt and

pepper to taste

Preparation

Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the avocado and finely chop the red onion.

Drain the tuna and flake it into smaller pieces if necessary.

Combine the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, tuna, and chopped red onion.

Season the Salad: Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Mix and Serve: Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly.
