These crispy fried chicken thighs are seasoned to perfection and cooked until golden brown and crispy on the outside, while staying juicy and tender inside. A simple and delicious dish that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Coat each thigh evenly in the flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
  • Heat enough vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat to cover the bottom. Once hot, add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook for 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the fried chicken thighs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favourite sides.
