This classic spaghetti dish combines hearty ground meat, rich tomato sauce, and fresh tomatoes for a satisfying and flavourful meal. Simple to prepare, it’s a great option for a quick dinner that’s sure to please everyone.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 250g ground beef or ground pork
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Preparation

  • Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavours to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat and tomato sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
